HIGH PERFORMANCE BY 4 SEPARATING SYSTEMS

Intake materials are completely separated into clean seed and impurities through four(4) stages of the following separation.
Clean seed processed through such stages has a high germination ratio.

1st STAGE (Screening) Large impurities such as straw and stick are removed through a screen of a receiving hopper.
2nd STAGE (Sieve separating) Small impurities such as stone, sand and weed seed are removed through a sieve with an anticlogging device.
3rd STAGE (Aspirating) Light impurities such as empty seed, chaff and dust are removed with an aspirator.
4th STAGE (Gravity separating) Light seed and remained stone are removed through a gravity separator. Clean seed is completely separated and sent to an outlet hopper.
PROCESSING OF ALL KINDS OF CEREAL SEEDS All kinds of cereal seeds such as paddy, wheat, corn and beans can be cleaned using the appropriate sieve. Such sieve is easily taken off from the unit and fitted to it. EASY OPERATION & MAINTENANCE Operator may adjust just air supply and a deck angle of a gravity separator with each handle. Minimizing component parts ensures easy maintenance at a low cost. AVAILABILITY FOR ENGINE DRIVE OR MOTOR DRIVE This unit can be operated with an engine or motor drive in compliance with your requirement.
